If you have a Fellowship, more than likely, that Fellowship is providing your insurance as part of your financial package. You will receive an automatic waiver from the Aetna policy as soon as your department completes your paperwork. If you are receiving insurance reminder emails  or see a bursar charge for insurance, speak to your department to ensure your Fellowship paperwork was filed with Academic Affairs Office.
