It is possible that we might be forced to terminate a student's SEVIS record due to an immigration status violation. The student still maintains the ability to enroll and complete coursework. However, we cannot guarantee what action U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement will take. These students should contact OIA regarding their immigration options as soon as possible.
