Front Desk Hours and Services

The IU Global Indianapolis front desk in ES 2126 is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, and 2:00 - 5:00 pm. On Fridays, the IU Global Indianapolis front desk is open from 9:30am - 1:00 pm, and 2:00 - 5:00pm. 

We encourage clients to reach out by phone at 317-274-7000 or via email at oia@iu.edu.

A secure drop box is also available at ES 2126 during all hours that the ES building is open, for persons preferring contactless document drop off.

Advising for Current International Students

Email your questions to iadvisor@iu.edu and we’ll respond as promptly as possible. Our current, typical email response time is one week. We also currently offer virtual walk-in advising hours for international students four days per week: Monday - Thursday, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Virtual walk-in appointments will be 10 minutes each on a "first come, first served" basis.  To request a walk in, fill out the IU Global Indianapolis International Student Walk-in Advising (Virtual) form on Atlas.

Remember that you can also use the Atlas self-service system for many requests such as those listed below. Atlas eform requests are generally processed within 5-10 business days.

Graduate students who have been admitted by their department can contact oiagrad@iu.edu. If you have not been admitted, you must contact your department directly.
